Our services:
Defect inspection package for new homeowner of BTO/ EC/ Condo /Townhouse and landed property
- Site review of as-built drawing to ensure the as-built drawing given by the builder was same as the actual unit built on site.
- Conduct site inspection to identify defects in the trade of architectural, M&E and structural. We will also test all the M&E provisions in the unit to ensure all the M&E provisions are in working condition.
- Briefing session with the client on site to allow the client to have a better understanding of the defects found in their unit.
- Provide a soft copy of site inspection checklist and a soft copy of photo report. The report will cover all the defects found in the unit.
Our services:
Residential leasing unit rent in/rent out package
- Conduct an on-site health check condition inspection to the property and test run all M&E services to ensure the property is presentable for rent in/rent out process.
- 1-time general aircon servicing to all the aircon system in the unit.
- 1-time dry curtain cleaning service
- 1-time house cleaning service
- Provide free quotation to the proposed repair works if any defect found in the inspection.

Home repair, improvement, maintenance service
- Conduct a survey/defect inspection on site
- Provide the remedial proposal with free quotation
- Coordinate and proceed with the proposed job.
